happened.. she has more on what happened i want to toss to some video here of the child and a cps agent at the complex. you can see he was eventually clothed. police tell me a security guard found him a little before 10 this morning. we talked to a witness who saw the ordeal- he didnt want to go on camera but says the family moved in less than a month ago- and its not the first time hes seen young kids from unattended. it seems like 4 to 5 kids there. i see them outside sometimes. i heard her yelling a lot. me and other people who have witnessed the mom locking the children out before and yelling at them to stay outside. 14 metro says no immediate arrests were made because nothing criminal happened. cps is now handling the case-

let's get you up to date with the latest local headlines. a 37-year-old woman died after she was hit by a car. metro police say the woman was in the crosswalk on eastern near st. louis, but witnesses say the signals for the crosswalk were not activated. this happened at about nine last night. the driver claimed not to have seen her. that driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. neither speed nor impairment were suspected causes. early yesterday morning... a 50 year pedestrian was killed in the same and eastern. and just hours earlier - a 60 year old woman was hit and killed - while crossing boulder highway. boulder highway is considered one of the most dangerous roads in southern nevada for pedestrians. fox five's cyndi lundeberg takes a closer look - at a high-risk stretch of road. its the deadliest stretch of roadway in the valley... nats last year on boulder highway... 12 pedestrians... 2 bicylists and 4 people in cars died. wednesday night... a similiar story.
