"we're in those communities every day building relationships, getting them the opportunity to know where i stand on the issues that are important to them." 27 percent of nevada's population is hispanic. however - masto - a two term state attorney general - would be the first latina in the senate if elected. she is hoping to build support - by attacking the immigration stance of republican presidential nominee donald trump. . "a man that wants to build a wall along mexico, a man who has called mexicans rapists drug dealers and killers, who has not only attacked mexicans but wants to ban muslims. has

attacked women. this is a person who has no business being president of the united states and my opponent continues to support him." the race is being watched closely in washington. a heck victory would allow republicans to pick up a seat. a masto win... could tip the balance of power in the senate. u-n-l-v... is getting ready to host what will be the third and final presidential debate of the campaign season. the university has launched a website... with information and resources connected to the debate. u-n-l-v is also offering special classes related to presidential politics and debates... to correspond to the event. the school already announced that class scedules and campus parking would be affected the week of the event - which takes place on october 19-th at the thomas and mack. there will also be shuttle buses to help get students and faculty around donald trump has always been a larger-than-life

virus in florida. it's now spreading to miami beach. an area in the tourist hot spot... including the world famous south beach.... has become the second zone in south florida... for zika. florida's governor says five cases were contracted in one-and-a-half mile area. these new illnesses bring the number of locally transmitted cases to thirty-six. the state requested additional support from the centers for disease control and prevention zika can cause defects in newborns. a bridge collapsed in chile... as a train was passing over it.
