"it's so inappropriate its mindblowing, its disturbing, this is somebody's mom getting manhandled right in front of her kids" he told me this isn't the first time he's seen the officer get aggressive... he said last year the officer stopped him after making a u-turn outside of the school. "he was a total jerk, very in my face an ccsd police would not go on camera about monday's arrest, saying it's still an open case.... but a lt. with the department told me the woman was pulled over for a traffic violation and would not cooperate with police. he said suspects dictate the amount of force used...and in this case -- that force was appropriate. the lt told me the officer followed procedure, and there's no investigation into the incident. but parents who saw the arrest

sort themselves out by the end of the first week of school... but if you tell that to parents -- they say that answer isn't good enough -- they're worried it might only take one miscommunication for something to happen to a child... especially if they're left on their own. so -- let me give you a rundown of the complaints we've heard so far. kids being late to class because the bus is late. bu dropping kids off at the wrong stop. kids being left on the bus and we even heard of a kid who didn't have a place to sit on the bus... even though she was just recovering from knee surgery... so she got off. the district says if a parent wants to file a complaint they will look into what happened... but for the most part, they defended their employees. "safety. safety. safety. our number one priority is always

to get our kids to and from their location safely and we ask our entire community to help us do that. it takes parents. it takes students. it takes staff at our schools. and it takes the whole community to make sure that happens. nothing's going to be perfect, especially the first week of school -- but our bus drivers are doing a great job and we rely on them heavily." that being said -- she went on to say that every child should always be accompanied by an adult... and that there should always be a seat for your child on the bus. so tse cases the school district will look into. she said if there were policy violations -- certain bus drivers or employees could be disciplined. so -- if you have any problems like this -- please give the school district a call. john/ christine a man was found guilty of first degree murder today - in the death of a 15- year-old boy during an i-pad robbery. michael solid was handed his verdict today. the penalty phase
