jared fogle remains behind bars on charges of sexual abuse and child pornography. now - the former subway pitchman says the parents of one his victims should share the blame for what happened. in a court filing - fogle argues the parents may be responsible for what he calls the victim's "destructive behaviors". the victim was a girl - who was a subject of pornography found in his posession. fogel is defending himself from a lawsuit filed by the parents. the former stanford university swimmer convicted of sexual assault is out of jail. brock turner was given a sentence of just six months - and only served half of it - given credit for previous time served. he walked out of the santa clara county jail just after six this morninig. turner was convicted of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman. he will now have to register as a sex offender - and is expected to return to his home state of ohio. "he should have

been in prison. but, this is the end of it for us, yes, he's been released from custody." a santa clara judge gave turner what many considered a light sentence - compared to the six years requested by prosecutors. the judge was recently re- assigned to the court's civil division - at his own request. the catholic church bestowing one of its highest honors on mother teresa. the vatican is preparing to canonize the late nun as a saint on sunday... as kitty logan reports - it's a declaration nearly two decades in the making. another honor for mother teresa, nineteen years after her death. pope francis is set to formerly declare her a saint on sunday. more than 100- thousand are expected to come to vatican city for the canonization. kolodiejchuk says: "..the holy father will say definitively that mother teresa is in heaven and from there she intercedes for us and that her life is a good example for us - what it means to be an excellent christian."
