out of handcuffs and out of the building and into a truck without police seeing him... take a look at this video perez was sitting at an interrogation table police said he was handcuffed to a bar on the table but as you can see he used his bodyweight and he twisted the handcuffs until they broke he then position the handcuffs so they looked like they were perfectly fine ... before deciding going to escape through the roof. police say he climb down into a hallway and booked it out of the building then stole a truck. he was missing for around 40 minutes before police noticed... they say this mistake again. three people are dead - after a mid- air crash in georgia. two single engine planes may have been trying to land at the same time - when they collided. you can see the debris from the planes - just off the runway - at the west georgia regional airport. a fire chief says a pilot who saw the crash from the air told authorities it appeared that both planes were attempting to land
