dead. the victims appeared to have died from blunt force trauma. a baseball bat was found at the scene, but it was not confirmed whether it was used in the incident. "most likely going to the baseball bat but it's possible it could be a hammer and some other items in there so i can't definitively say what the murder weapon is until that's determined later but he did have some blood on him on a shirt which maybe from them that's yet to be determined but he did have some minor abrasions i would call them ,nothing no major injuries " the motive was not immediately police say a 68- year-old man accused of shooting and wounding two people in a parking area at mccarran international airport... was the estranged husband of one of the victims. the suspect... jeffrey brown... was later arrested at a veterans affairs medical center in north las vegas. he was jailed pending an initial court appearance on charges that include attempted murder. metro says brown's wife and a man were walking to a car after

indianapolis monday - around 6 p-m. the shooting occurred in a long-term parking lot on the sixth floor of the terminal 1 parking structure. the two victims were hospitalized in stable condition. their names have not been made public. lake mead boulevard in north las vegas was shut down to traffic this morning - while firefighters responded to a fire. north las vegas fire department said it happened just before 9 this morning in the parking lot of an old "wendy's" fast food location - near the intersection of las vega boulevard . the flames erupted in some portable structures - and firefighters were able to keep them under control. no one was reported injured. investigators say arson is to blame. september is national recovery month. the focus is to increase awareness of addiction. the goal is to help those struggling with addiction...to live a healthy and rewarding life. specialists at solutions recovery say the month isn't focused on the disease of addiction itself... but rather the people who

during the investigation. the f-b-i and the justice department will also be conducting separate investigations into friday's shooting. steve rappoport, fox news. the officer who shot the man had a stun gun... but chose not to use it. her attorney says she fired her weapon - when terence crutcher's hand went into his car window. but crutcher's family says a close look at the police video appears to show the window was up at the time. a connecticut casino patron is dead after police say they were forced to shoot. it happened this morning at the foxwoods casin.. where tribal police say they spotted someone with an arrest warrant in a parking garage. officers say they confronted the person, who then took out some kind of weapon. shots were fired and the suspect was killed, leading to a lockdown at the casino. the casino says the situation is over and there is no current threat. gaming, shops and restaurants in the area are back open. foxwoods says tribal police are working with state police to try and figure out what happened. apple has
