homicide is now facing murder charges. 50-year-old frank interlicchia was arrested yesterday after a man and woman were found beaten to death inside their apartment that they shared with the suspect. fox5's christine maddela tells us what neighbors heard and saw. before today, neighbors say they never knew much about the man who lived next door. "id see him out there feeding the birds but thats about it...he was pretty quiet kept to himself, i didnt take him as that type of person" the type of person accused of murding two of his roommates. scene shows the man was 80-year- old jose caballero. he went missing in august during a trip to laughlin. his family told fox5 caballero suffered from alzheimer's. police say caballero was found wearing the same clothes he disappeared in, and there were no signs of foul play. a woman suffered serious burns... trying to save her pets from a burning home. this fire started just after six this morning, near gowan and pecos. a trailer home caught fire, and firefighters worked quickly to keep it from spreading to other homes. but one woman ran back into the burning home, to save her pet rats one neighbor told fox5 how scary it was, when everyone realized the woman had gone back in! " the girl, she was still inside. i went over there, started screaming, and my neighbor called me. the girl was inside, and she ran to open the door." firefighters say the woman suffered burns on 70 percent of her body. she is in critical condition. several animals including snakes

rescued from the home. firefighters did not say how this fire started. the process of getting a medical marijuana card just got easier. patients in need of the card can skip the trips to the d-m-v and the division of public and behavior health. now, they can submit all of their information online, at the "nevada dispensary association" website. patients still need to go in for a doctor's visit and get approval. that approval can be scanned and uploaded with the application. killed while serving our country. true partners with the community. it was just yesterday that fox5 followed around metro officers, to see how they handle suspicious activity on the strip. metro says at any given time, at least 20 agencies from school police to the f-b-i are monitoring our valley's cameras. those cameras are also moved randomly throughout the city so people do not get used to them in one spot. police encourage everyone to call 9-1-1 if they see people acting suspiciously or testing security limits bail is set at more than five million dollars, for the suspect police say was behind this weekend's bombings in new york and new jersey. "ahmad kahn rahimi" is still in the hospital. investigators say rahimi bought the supplies to make pressure cooker bombs from e-bay this summer. the device that exploded in chelsea, new york weighed more than 100 pounds. in new jersey... two men may have prevented damages and injuries... when they found a backpack with a bomb in it.
