live from las vegas fox5 news at 6 starts now. a homeowner is robbed and tied to a chair. what one of the robbers did on the way out... that helped in his arrest. closed captioning will resume shortly and the latest trends and devices on display at the global gaming expo. how vendors are working to tr millennials into the gambling industry. but first we start with breaking news on fox five news at six. a suspect and two people of interest are wanted after a deadly shooting at an unlicensed club this past weekend. here's a look at surveillance video of the men. police say officers found a man with gunshot wounds outside a clothing store -- near decatur and craig. the back room was an unlicensed

victim had been in a physical fight with one or more people before being shot. he died at the hospital. police are looking for a black 2004 to 2006 b-m-w six-series with black wheel and dark tinted windows. anyone with information on these men or the car should call police or crimestoppers. that number is 7- 0-2-3-8-5-55-55. a man in northwest las vegas is recovering he was robbed and tied to a chair this morning in his own home. now police say one of the robbers has been arrested, after he may have shot himself in the leg on the way out. fox5's adam herbets spoke to the victim and is live where it all happened. adam? closed captioning will resume shortly

critical condition. police believe the gunman also shot his father to death at a house not far from the school... before the school shooting. police say a volunteer firefighter risked his life to contront the teenage shooter... and he was taken into custody. "our firefighter was first on the scene first to engage suspect. took him down. law enforcement quickly behind him." "we are heartbroken about act of violence. so thankful for respone by law enforcement and school employees who prevented other injuries" officials say a six-year-old student was airlifted to a hospital... and still in critical condition. the other child and teacher have been released from the hospital. police say there is no evidence this shooting is related to terrorism or racism. school has been canceled for the rest of the week... and counselors are available for students. a las vegas man's car towed away

parked... now he has lots of questions for the towing company -- quality towing -- but says he hasn't been able to get any of those answered. fox5's eric hilt talked with the cars owner and has more on how the car ended up in an impound lot. according to nevada law -- a spot needs this sign to be legally considered a handicapped parking spot. the car was brought to this impound lot - even though the apartment complex said he was okay to park there. after his apartment complex got involved -- he was able to get his car back without paying. but he says he still has not gotten an apology for something that should have never happened.

disturbing is that a company that's in the business of towing cars away doesn't know the law pertaining to what constitutes an illegally parked car" we reached out to quality towing -- but ran into the same problems tomas did... every time we called or stopped by, we were told the person we needed to speak to us was not there. workers told us we had to submit a request through quality towing's website -- we did that but still have not heard back from the company about this incident. rain fell in parts of the valley early this morning. and there's a chance of showers overnight. let's check in with fox five's chief meteorlogist ted pretty with a look at the forecast.

casino floor the global gaming expo runs through tomorrow at the sands expo. and firefigthers are battling the loma fire in california. here's a live look right now. the flames are centered on loma prieta -- the tallest peak in the santa cruz mountains. evacuations were lifted this afternoon for all res idents... but road closures are still in effect. not everyone is fans of a possible n-f-l stadium in las vegas. we'll hear from several groups about why it could be a burden to taxpayers... plus... tim tebow impresses coaches and fans on his first pitch.
