mourning one of their captains... several days after fighting a three alarm fire. captain yaphet miller passed away last night. officials are considering his death one in the line of duty. four days after he fought his last fire, his heart stopped, resulting in a brain injury. captain miller served the north las vegas fire department for 22 years. he was 43 years old. the clark county school district is calling it an "epidemic." reports of killer clowns -- threatening schools across las vegas. fox5's adam herbets was at a press conference

out what police are doing about it. well the fact of the matter is -- there isn't a whole lot the school district can do about all of this... especially because -- look -- just because a clown makes a post online... that doesn't necessarily constitute a threat. if a clown says -- i'm going to be at so-and-so school on the seventh -- that's completely legal. if somebody dressed up as a clown shows up at a school -- that's also completely legal. i mean, you might get kicked off campus... but freedom of speech. it only becomes illegal... when there's an actual thre violence... and that's what makes all of this so tricky. c-c-s-d told us today: they've been getting reports every single day for the last nine days... they're taking every single one seriously... but at the same time, none of them have been credible. now the police are urging parents to please talk to your children... there have been no incidents of any clowns that have chased kids... that have battered kids... have been seen with guns this is widespread even as far as

" neh-vah-da. and you know what i said? you know what i said? i said when i came out here i said nobody says it the other way. it has to be neh-vah-da. and if you don't say it correctly--and it didn't happen to me it happened to a friend of mine--he was killed.
