11. local las vegas. the suspect accused of running over a man... then taking off and leaving the country has been arrested. i'm cyndi lundeberg. i'm john huck. clay stampley's body was found under a car registered to qaadir issam ammin in may. tonight -- stampley's family says ammin has been arres after the deadly hit and run -- police say ammin and his passenger left the scene... without getting any medical help for stampley. amin has been on the run since the crash... but reactivated his facebook and posted about a trip to the bahamas. clay stampley's son jonathan says maybe if ammin had called police and not ran... his dad would be alive.
