morning before school started and now still today we haven't got any information and the mother of this girl in this video still has not gotten any information as well we just got off the phone with the clark county school district they would not give us the name of the administrator in the video they were not really give us any information about what the investigation and tails all they would say is checking with us next week on monday or tuesday obviously if you ask this mom she says that's not soon enough she wants an answer for what happened to her daughter especially because she found out this morning that her daughters injuries were a lot more serious than she originally thought apparently the 13-year-old girl woke up today

parents drove her to the emergency room she got checked out and that's when she found out that she was actually concussed as a part of that fight she was also diagnosed with a sprained shoulder and a strained back so these are all things that the mom is planning on bringing up as a part of a lawsuit she wants to sue the school district for what happened here and she says no matter who it is that touches her daughter this is absolutely unacceptable " it is child abuse... i want justice. so i will be talking to my lawyer and i will be taking care of this."

songwriter, artist... and now a nobel prize winning writer. musician bob dylan was chosen to receive one of the most coveted prizes in the literary world. the basis of the academy's decision... his words... found to be substantial and compelling enough on paper as poetry... with no harmonica, guitar or vocals needed. the nobel committee recognized him for creating, quote, "new poetic expressions within the great american song tradition." the 75-year-old is the 108th winner of the most prestigious literature award in the world. the swedish academy's permanent secretary explained why dylan received the prize now. "why this time this year. the time was ripe." the committee also compared dylan's work to that of ancient greek poets homer and sappho. president obama bestowed a presidential medal of freedom, america's highest civilian honor, to dylan in 20-12. he is the first american to win the nobel prize for literature since toni morrison in 19-93.
