added up to 15- point-2 million dollars in illegal payouts and loan repayments to california national guardsmen. the california national guard shares the frustration - but says it does not have the authority to waive the debts. california congressman adam schiff today told cnn he has already written to the head of the california national guard asking that any attempts to re- claim soldiers' bonus money be stopped until he and congress can work out a solution. today we know more about a tour bus collision in california that killed 13 people and injured 31- others. authorities say the tour bus was returning from a casino... when it slammed into the rear of a tractor-trailer near palm springs sunday. investigators have not said how fast the bus was going... but they say its speed was so significant... that when it hit the big rig... the truck's trailer went about 15-feet into the bus. today-- officials identified 12-of the 13-victims... including the bus driver-- who was also the tour bus owner. both presidential candidates are

in washington, i'm dianne gallagher. in more local news... the trial is pushed back again for former las vegas illusionist ( ) jan rouven. rouven is accused of collected more than 3,500 videos and images on computers at his home, including some depicting sex acts with kindergarten-age children. his attorney says he's still collecting information to prepare his defense for trial on november fourteenth. proceedings had been due to begin this week in u.s. district court. he faces the possibility of decades in prison and up to $1 million in fines on federal child pornography charges. rouven has pleaded not guilty. a fox5 follow up now to a story we brought you on friday-- the homeowner arrested for planting hidden cameras in a home he rented out-- is now facing a grand jury indictment. 43-year-old christopher rogers owns the home near pecos and warm springs that was advertised on multiple websites as a vacation rental. metro police say a renter found hidden cameras in several rooms of the home.

an eight-year-old boy saw a picture of a heartbroken child hit hard by the south louisiana floods... and he jumped into

what he did next has connected a south carolina community to a family hundreds of miles away. scottie hunter reports. it was an emotional day two months in the making... (whitney comeaux, ethan's mother) "it's not every day that a kid wants to help and your mama's raising you right." as 8-year-old kameron smalls and his mom made the 12 hour drive from charleston south carolina to hand deliver about 4- thousand dollars and a car full of donations. it's what they've been collecting for ethan comeaux and his family since the historic flooding hit south louisiana in august. it was this picture his mother snapped of a devastated ethan looking at the aftermath of his flood- ravaged room that quickly went viral online-- captivating thousands including kameron-- more than 800 miles away. flood i'd be sad, so i immediately wanted to help them." kameron went straight to his church-- asking for help...
