we brought you at 3... police say one boy shot another outside a school near salt lake city utah this afternoon. a 16-year-old boy suffered two gunshot wounds... and a 14-year-old boy was arrested. this happened near union middle school in sandy utah right around 3 pm. one witness told said the boys were going to get in a fistfight... but one pulled a gun on the other. the witness said the suspect fired one shot, waited for the victim to fall to the ground and fi shot. he said the shooter then fell to the ground and began to cry. for the first time we're showing you video of the deadly officer involved shooting that happened last week at the cadillac dealership off of auto show drive. at a press conference today..highway patrol released the dash cam and surveillance video that shows trooper david dudley shoot and kill 28-year-old javier munoz after a car jacking..high speed chase...and

fox 5s kathleen jacob joins us live at the dealership after going through all of the video and talking to highway patrol. kathleen...what do we know about the suspect that was killed. guys... we know javier munoz was from glendale, arizona... and police think he was only in vegas for two days. he had a lengthy criminal history that included robbery, kidnapping, running from police, and violating parole. he'd only been out of the prison system since last december. police don't know what he was doing in las vegas... but they say it's clear he was waiting for his next victim. (nats gunshot-- munoz screaming) that's javier munoz screaming what sounds like 'i'm dead. after trooper david dudley shot him once in the abdomen.
