tonight in a fox5 exclusive -- the clark county school district is refusing to enforce a restraining order between students... even though some of those students say they have been getting serious death threats. fox5's adam herbets spoke to the school district... and the family at escubedo middle school. he joins us now with what he found out. adam? john/ cyndi we're not going to put the name of the girl out there... but we have a copy of the restraining order against her... and it says specifically in here... that she's not allowed to be anywhere on campus... or within 100 feet of the three girls who filed it. school district why they're ignoring it -- and they say, it's not their job. ammon bundy and other members of an armed group that took over a national wildlife refuge in oregon have been found not guilty of conspiracy charges in oregon. a jury exonerated ammon and ryan bundy this afternoon. the group was facing charges after taking over themalhuer wildlife refuge. bundy is still facing charges in nevada walmart will soon become a battleground for holiday shoppers looking for good deals. so the company is deploying an army of "holiday helpers" to deal with the upcoming frenzy. the new set of employees have one main job: ease the stress of holiday shopping. they will stand near the front of the store and help customers find shorter checkout lines. if you forgot something, one of these helpers will run and grab it for you. best part... they have candy canes and stickers! walmart hopes these holiday helpers will also help prevent shoplifting.
