union apartments on hualapi have been around for less than a year but the families i takes with today say they've never had a problem here- police say they've never been called to this neighborhood we were kicked off the property so you can't see the investigation but we have this aerial footage of what's going on. police say the man and woman were in their late twenties. they say a friend of the victim hadn't heard from them in a while and decided to do a check up and that's when the bodies were found. they also tell us the man suffered apparent gun shot wounds, their unsure how the woman died. we talked to neighbors who say they moved here because of the quiet, family friendly environment so something like this is a big concern joree quiamzon: i grew up over here near charleston and town center and moved to mountains edge and then sold our house and moved back over here because this is

police say they don't have a suspect yet but the community doesn't have anything to worry about. they do believe it's an isolated incident. anyone with information that can help police... should call crimestoppers at 702-385-55-55. a gunman is on the run after a shooting. it happened around 3-30 p-m near charleston and mojave. one person was taken to u-m-c. their condition has not been released yet.

more as the story develops on fox five news at ten and fox five vegas dot com. a man is killed after a motorcycle crash in north las vegas. it happened around 12-30 p-m near centennial parkway and fifth street. police say the motorcyclist collided with a car in the intersection. the 28-year-old police say the rider did not stop at the stop sign. the driver of the car stayed on the scene... and cooperated with officers. the plan to bring the raiders to las vegas may be running into problems. reuters reports that sheldon adelson -- who is committing 650- million dollars to build an nfl stadium in las vegas -- said he is willing to walk away from negotiations with the team if terms don't improve. fox5's eric hilt talked with a representative from sands... eric what did they tell
6:04 pm
even though the state has approved funding for a nearly 2 billion dollar stadium that could be build in this lot of russell road -- there's still several more steps that have to happen before the raiders move to las vegas... we looked into international reports saying those steps have hit a snag.... and were told it may all be a misunderstanding. for fans of bringing the raiders to las vegas, the last few months have been a roller coaster. "it's been up and do, was a little crazy" but for some, that process has hit another down at a conference in israel, sheldon adelson said -- "they want so much, so i told my people, 'tell them i could live with the deal, i could live without the deal. here's the way it's gonna go down. if they don't want it, bye-bye'" according to a report from reuters "its a non story, there's no real context to it" sands senior vp andy abboud told me supporters of a las vegas

worry about the story. "he was basically talking his negotiation style and negotiations in general, there's no problems in negotations there's no real issues, we met with them all day yesterday, sort of a non story" but what abboud calls a non-story comes out the same week as another report earlier this week plans to build a new football stadium in oakland were submitted to the city by a group led by hall of fame player and former raider, ronnie lott. "its not just one person, its a number of people who have said they want to contribute not just who they are but dollars and cents to this effort" -- lott sot an effort that abboud says, sands corporation isn't concerned about. because oakland hasn't been able to get the money needed to build a new stadium for the team. "we look at all that, we've been assured by everyone that that will be very difficult to accomplish, nothing has changed in oakland that will allow them to finance a stadium" and fans and union leaders aren't concerned about the reports either. "it really don't concern us, i think the raiders know
6:06 pm
we reached out to mayor carolyn goodman who was on the committee giving initial approval to this stadium plan, she sent us a statement saying -- "this entire, exciting possibility for las vegas came into play because of sheldon adelson's and mark davis' developed relationship. if there are issues in how the private business partnership is moving along, these are entirely between them." let's check in with fox five's
