after being struck by the same bullet on the strip overnight. police say the men were walking on the pedestrian bridge between the cosmopolitan and planet hollywood. they were approached by a suspect before a fight broke out. police say it happened around 2-15 a-m. that suspect is behind bars-- and the two victims were taken to the hospital. a man drunkenly jumped into the caesars fountain over the weekend-- after he was other side of the las vegas strip. police say it happened around 4-30 sunday. they say the victim got into a fight with two people in front of the linq before he was stabbed. the victim then jumped on a taxi-- and then into the fountain. police say the man was intoxicated and had slash wounds on his chest. he is expected to be okay. one person has died... and another is injured after their a-t-v crashed in the desert. police say the a- t-v flipped sunday afternoon on star hills avenue

police say the vehicle rolled twice down a hill. we're told the rider died at the scene... he was identified by the coroner as 38-year-old michael sabicer. police say the female passenger was taken to the hospital. they neither of the riders were wearing seatbelts or helmets. security is a major concern around election day tomorrow. but local officials want the public to know-- they've got everything under control. on the last day of early voting -- poll locations stayed open late and let more people cast their ballots... the late night for election workers drew criticism from some but the county says it's standard procedure. ""as far as me and my staff are concerned this is what makes the work worthwhile, to see people turn out in large numbers"" friday was a record day in clark county...as 57-thousand people cast their ballot on the final day of early voting. clark county registrar joe gloria tells fox5 all 28 early voting locations stayed open late to some but gloria says that won't be the case tomorrow on election day no matter who you choose... decision day is tuesday... and now two companies are teaming up to make voting a little bit easier! uber and google are launching a special in-app feature on election day. it will help you find your polling place.... and get a ride there. new uber users can use the code "vote-today" to get 20-dollars off their first ride. here are some other local

program is just wrong. for fans of the rebel yell, the student run newspaper.... their voices are going to need to be louder than ever the next few weeks. every monday they go to print and this is what is on the front page. a lack of funding is driving the newspaper and the students who run it out of business. "if we're going to be a top tier university i don't see why we'd get rid of the newspaper here, it's a shame if we do." meet jacob lasky. he's the arts and entertainment editor as well as the distribution manager for the rebel yell. every monday jacob delivers the latest edition around campus. newspaper stopped receiving funding from the student body government.. due to the fact that the student body government wanted to hand pick the editors... seen as a conflict of interest the two cut ties and the rebel yell has been looking for funding on its own ever since. "i just see it as a complete loss for our university without a st newspaper especially if we plan on becoming a top tier university." each year the newspaper applies for funding from the student life funding committee but each year they have received less and less. this year thy received just enough to find the first semester, putting the rest on the students. we start fox five news at six with breaking news. two men are wanted for a deadly home- invasion this past weekend. police believe it may have been over drugs. it happened on sandpiper way -- near torrey pines and twain. new surveillance video shows two suspects arriving at the victim's home... going inside... and then a gunshot can be heard. "some silence, then gunshot, then a yell." police say officers found a man's body in the home. the two suspects were seen in a yellow moving truck... which was found by officers around the corner from the home. the truck was reported stolen. anyone with information on these two men should call police or crimestoppers
