illegal number of people allowed to vote at the polls after hours..... instead it was about the preservation of possible evidence regarding illegal voting... now state law says requires clark county to keep all of their data and logs at the early coting polls for a minimum of 22 months.... but they are not required to hand over the identities of the poll workers... that is what donald trumps reps were asking the court to allow today.... that way... if and when there is an investigation they can contact those who were there to find out what happened... if there was illegal voting after closing hours at four las vegas polling stations... judge gloria sturman explained she would not pass a motion that opens workers doing their civic duty.. to ridicule and harassment... "we're asking you to preserve evidence in case it's necessary, that's it, bottom line, if the secretary of state looks at this and says we don't even need that, we know something wrong happened here, then i don't need it either, because if she knows it's wrong, than it's wrong." information and harass people who just want to help their fellow citizens vote, why would i order them to make available to you information of people who work at polls when it's not already a pubnlic requirement to do so people can be harrassed when they are just doing their civic duty." now during the hearing... joe gloria.. through his council expressed a willingness to give the names of the workers if ther an investigation... but the judge refused to pass the motion... saying if gloria and clark county are willing to do that... that is their right... neither side offered comment after the hearing.... and we're following breaking news out of california-- one person dead and three others injured in a shooting near a los angeles area polling site. an elementary school that's also a polling place was on lockdown. azusa police say someone fired on

sol high school has been arrested... after police say there was inappropriate conduct between him and a student. 35-year-old "ati poni" was arrested yesterday at the high school. he is facing charges of sexual assault and kidnapping of a minor. police did not go into detail about the investigation... but they do need anyone with information to come forward. you can report tips anonymously by calling crimestoppers at 702-385-55-55. police found at least 20 squatters living inside a home this morning. someone called officers to the home... because they were worried about a small child. the home is near spring mountain and jones. metro says ten people were detained, and several of those were arrested. child protective services is involved in this case... as well as n-v energy, southwest gas, and code enforcement. it's the countdown to 270. what the justice department is doing to make sure all those votes are
