he anticipates one of the first actions by donald trump will be sending a supreme court nominee to the senate. in new york, lauren blanchard fox news. the world also reacting to the news of a trump presidency... from indonesia to india and beyond. before so hopefully it will go this way. at the end of last month, donald trump spoke in gettysburg, pennsylvania and released a plan for his first 100 days in officer. the plan outlines three main areas of focus. the first: cleaning up washington by imposing term limits on congress. the second: protecting american workers and the third: restoring rule of law. he said he will work with congress to introduce ten pieces of legislation repeal obamacare... and fund the construction of a wall between the us and mexico. other ambitions include infrastructure investment, rebuilding military bases and promoting school choice. last night's election also approved recreational marijuana in three more states, nevada, california and massachusetts. the new states join four others and the district of colombia in legalizing pot for recreational use... advocates say continuing criminalization only wastes law

wall street stocks rallied today after a dramatic overnight sell- off.... as investors reacted to donald trump's win in the u.s. presidential election. the dow jones industrial average rose nearly 257 points... to close just below an all-time high. that's a stunning contrast to how the markets reacted as election returns were coming in overnight. u.s. 30-year treasury bond yields gained almost 25 basis points in their sharpest rise in more than five years. the mexican peso though took a beating but recouped some losses after falling to a record low. five and a half million jobs were waiting to be filled in

plastics recycling plant in the northern california city of lodi. the fire is close to an elementary school -- and fire officials warned people to stay away from the area. lodi's fire department dispatched all of its fire engines and trucks to the scene, and stockton's fire department is helping battle the blaze. there are no

there's no word yet on what caused the fire. a partially monkey is regaining control of its legs with the help of an implant... bringing hope to many people who wish to walk again. a few months ago a neurosurgeon performed a 10 hour surgery on the monkey.... whose spinal cord was partially cut. six days later--with electrodes in a part of the monkey's brain and spinal cord.... and a wireless transmitter on the outside of monkey's brain-- signals were sent by a computer. within seconds, moving and within a few days the monkey was back on its feet. doctors say without the procedure it would have taken months before the leg was able to move at all. now fox5 weather 24/7 with meterologist sam argier besides a few high clouds drifting across the valley this morning, skies have been mainly sunny with temperatures pushing record highs in las vegas wednesday afternoon. for the
