kill me on the road." "he's flipping me off." "he's still swerving." when fatima tsouli called 911 it was clear she'd been in more than a fender bender and it was far from over. (fatima tsouli/ victim) "oh my god he's in the middle of the street!" "he's right behind me, hitting me." (911) "did he hit your car?" (fatima tsouli/ victim) "yes twice. oh my god!!!" she was stalked through traffic. jowen moses, car full of beer cans, never letting up. (911) "can you pull over somewhere ma'am, that you'd be safe with a lot of people?" (fatima tsouli/ victim) "i tried, he side swiped me." "oh god! ahhh!" (911) "ma'am!" victim) "hold on." (911) "turn your flashers on now ma'am." (911) "turn your flashers on now!" three jurisdictions later, the police finally chase them both down. she's safe. (fatima tsouli/ victim) "i hear the cops, i hear the cops." the suspect -- jowen moses -- was taken into custody... after a brief struggle with officers. scottsdale city police say moses was in a state of severe intoxication. he was transferred to maricopa county jail. the cincinnati zoo barrier was not

standards... when harambe the gorilla was killed. that's according to a federal investigation. federal investigators say it was outdate and failed to meet safety standards. 17-year-old harambe was shot in may... after grabbing a 3-year-old boy who climbed the fence and fell into the enclosure. the united states department of agriculture issued the facility a critical citation because of the incident. before the child fell into the exhibit -- the zoo had not been cited for failures with that particular barrier. cincinnati zoo has made the public barrier taller and added surveillance cameras to the enclosure. president-elect donald trump agrees to a 25- million dollar settlement in lawsuits against trump university. the deal doesn't require trump to acknowledge wrongdoing. it alleges that trump defrauded customers into thinking they would learn real estate secrets from professors selected by the businessman. new york attorney general eric schneiderman calls the settlement a "stunning reversal" of president-elect donald trump's position.

also covers two class-action suits lawsuit filed in california. president-elect donald trump taps motley crue lead singer -- vince neil -- to perform at his inauguration in january. the singer says he was asked about his availability "months ago." the longtime motley crue frontman will be performing with his own band... and it won't be his first tie to presidential politics. neil said he was amused the night of the third debate in las vegas, -- when a guest that resembled him appeared at the end -- igniting a debate on twitter as to whether he was there. even his 83-year- old mother believed it. as for what other bands are confirmed -- or what he will perform -- neil says he's still unsure. neil is also set to appear on the next season of celebrity apprentice with arnold schwarzenegger, airing on nbc this january. by now -- most of us know who the next president of the united states is. but one man in georgia claims he has no idea. meet joe chandler. he's gaining a lot of attention in georgia because

place at all mcdonalds across the country. the company hopes the new technology will speed up service. mcdonalds is also rolling out touch screen ordering and mobile pay options. changes are already showing up at locations in florida, new york and california. coke made a "selfie bottle"... so you can take a picture of yourself while you sip. there's a camera in the base of the bottle that automatically takes a picture -- when you tilt it seventy degrees to take a drink. a u-s-b port in the base can transfer your drinking selfies to your computer and share them on social media. the idea was part of a marketing gimmick by an israeli advertising agency. there's no word on whether the bottle will show up in stores in israel or other countries. their home is known as one of the most glamourous in the world... but it still needs a little t-l-c... what the home of the british queen is about to have done to it. and we now know just how much marilyn monroe's dress is worth... and who spent that much money to buy it last

the north pole is not as cold as it should be. scientists say it's 36 degrees warmer than usual -- over most of the arctic ocean. it's currently polar night -- in which the sun does not rise for most of the arctic. it's supposed to become incredibly cold during this time... causing sea ice to grow and thicken. but -- that's not happening. the amount of sea ice covering the polar ocean is at a record low. while it is freezing up -- it's doing so at what may seem like a glacial pace to scientists and global warming observers. tesla is officially in the solar roof business. c-e-o elon musk says he wants to create a clean energy empire. shareholders voted on thursday to approve tesla's offer to buy solarcity for 2- point-1 billion dollars. it paves the way for musk to merge his two green-

weekend auction. california's van eaton galleries is holding a "souvenirs of disneyland" auction this saturday. it features more than a thousand rare and never- before-seen items from the theme park over the last six decades... like costumes, artwork, souvenirs and other collectibles. nearly 20 years after the publication of the first harry potter book -- author jk rowling returned to london at the european premiere of her next magial movie.
