i'm trying to work off some of the calories i'll be consuming later today by working out now... because between all that turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pie, your holiday meal can bust your diet. today the average american will consume more than 45-hundred calories and 229-grams of fat, and that doesn't appetizers and drinks. to put that into perspective... you would have to do one hour of yoga to burn off one slice of pumpkin pie. play 20 minutes of flag football to burn of a buttered roll. those mashed potatoes will lead to 30-minutes of hiking. and finally, 4 slices of turkey will have you doing 20-minutes of push-ups!
