regional justice center... most people will remember alonso perez as the man who broke out of handcuffs early september just hours after being arrested for a shooting at a local mcdonald's... well according to police reports and the district attorney... that shooting in which mohhommad robinson lost his life, may not be perezs only violent crime. vo: the crime spree happened in within a month and a half time frame. police reports show perez was linked to a shoo motel on july 25th on august 15 he's linked to a battery with a deadly weapon then august 20 he's linked to a murder that's still under investigation according to the da his two latest murder charges. the one at mcdonald's and the shooting of a motorcycle driver happened just hours apart from each other from august 27th to the 28th. most of these crimes are connected through cartridge casings from the shootings. the district attorney says gun violence is a huge problem

jump in revenue in october-- six percent higher than this time last year. revenue is also on a five percent rise so far this year. a gaming control board report shows casinos won nearly nine hundred and niety million dollars last month. the state collected 59 and a half million dollars on the october winnings-- up nearly 14 percent from the same time last year. downtown las vegas and north las vegas reported winning jumps of more than 29 percent. police are on the look out for a man they say robbed half a dozen convenience stores earlier this month. police say lamar griffin is six foot one inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. police say he is a suspect in six hold ups at convenience stores between november eighth and november twelvth. he's wanted for six counts of robbery with a deadly weapon and six counts of burglary with a deadly weapon. anyone with information should call police right away. you can leave a tip with crime stoppers at 702-

nevada's new execution chamber in ely is complete. but it won't be getting any use for a long time. governor brian sandoval says he supports keeping the death penalty even though there's a lack of execution drugs. the state is not actively pursuing the death penalty because one of the two drugs needed for lethal injections-- has expired. the state has not been able to find a company willing to restock its supply. more traffic headaches are on the way for valley drivers. the spaghetti closing during the week starting tomorrow. one lane in each direction along the north and southbound lanes between rancho and the spaghetti bowl. those lane closures will last from 7 p-m until 5 a-m monday through saturday. the closures begin tomorrow and will last throughd ecember 22-nd. crews will be demlishing the center median and removing the center lighting as a part of project neon. and construction is starting this weekend on summerlin parkway.

death of three people in california. more than 800 homeless and elderly people took part in the dinner put on by a church outside san francisco. but over the weekend... officials say eight people showed up with food poisoning symptoms... three of them died. "we're interviewing people that we know are ill and we're also trying to find people who may have had some symptoms but maybe didn't seek any healthcare. " the dinner was pr church... but some of the dishes were cooked by restaurants and caterers. officials are still trying to figure out the exact source of the possible food contamination. a chartered plane carrying a brazilian championship soccer team crashed in colombia late monday night killing seventy-six people. fox news correspondent phil keating has more from miami. rescue workers and first responders, combing through the wreckage of a charter flight that

(on cam tag) brazil's president has also declared three days of national mourning. in miami, phil keating, fox news. three peole were killed in raging gatlinburg--tenne ssee. fire crews are bracing for more blazes overnight. the wldfires have damaged or destroyed hundred of buldings in and near the resort towns in just 24 hours. more than 14 thousand people have been evacuated in gatlinburg alone. twelve people were hospitalized and a few with burns. rain is expected in the area through wednesday, as well as this weekend... but it's not clear if it will be enough.
