with a month left in 2016... police fear we could break the 1996 record of 167 homicides.. which is the most las vegas has ever seen. but... even with the high numbers.. metro still catch about 75-percent of the suspects. a local dog training company is headed to court.. after a customer claimed the dog she bought was untrained.. and unhealthy.
