inland today... and there's worry that it may collide with another system to make already torrential flooding much worse in the south western in corsicana, the rain has been relentless. over a foot in just one day -- flooding roads, trapping drivers... ...and prompting rescue after rescue... 18-year-old myranda heim and her friend got stuck crossing this bridge souh of town...and held on for dear life. "i was holing on to her waist and then holding onto the metal on the brrdge. and then st trying not to let go." the pounding rain and closed roads made it tough for rescuers, too... this happened on west parker and reed. here's video of the scene last night. police say the drivr was allegedly intoxicated and ruptured a gas line when he crashed into the home. thankfully no one was hurt. the man was arrested for d-u-i. stealing from the dead... a home is burglarized...two days afer a fire...a fire where a woman died. the fire happepeed in the 7000 block of linden avenue. 65-year-old rebecca lavenz died in the fire, her exact cause of death is still unknown. police say on thursday, a relatve was working with an insurance company in the house and that's when they discovered the house had been burglarized. multiple things were taken, including medications and guns neighbors are shocked this happened in such a quet part of the neighborhood... k-w-w-l's olivia mancino has more for us this morning... a fire spreads through aahome in the early hours of woman, 65-year-old rebecca lavenz, died because of the fire of friends that loved her. two adorable caracal kittens were introduced to their habitat home at a zoo today... w six weeks old... the little guys poking around their woodland and savanna habitat... weighing about two to three pounds each... the pair stayed close to their mom -- who caretakers say is an excellent mother... six pairs of one to ree-month-old giant panda twins born in a chinese breeding center will soon say goodbye to their nurseries.... the 12 cubs are all in good health and gaining weight an an average of one- point-seven ounces every day... the cubs willllbe taken out of their nursery rooms as soon as this week... and move to a center to live with other giant panda adults... and take a look at this...i bet you've never seen anyting like this. long lost film footage from the 1950's resurfaced of an animal relocation effort that involved trapping and air- dropping live beavers.... this is available frrm the idaho
