while reviewing the damage of the vehicle -- anson and a group of others say they noticed blood on the vehcile -- and a trail that led the to the woman's body on the ground. anson says he believes the person who stole the vehicle was dating the victim. he tells us -- it appears there was some sort struggle before she died. we asked the benton county sheriff's office to confirm whether anyone was arrested in connection to this incident. but no information has been released. please stay tuned to kwwl on air and online as this story develops. waterloo police are looking for the driver who hit a 13- year-old girl before one o-clock this morning. the victim's cousin tells us they were trying to cross the street at riehl and broadway -- when a man in a black car -- hit her 13-year-old lyisha dixon was taken to iowa city to be treated for facial injuries. her cousin says she can't believe the driver left.
