today-- family, friends, teachers, and classmates coming together to look for moe sed. take a look at his photo right here. he was last seen at his home a week ago thursday. the waterloo west high school student is a refugee from burma. his family is worried because moe sed has special needs and is in need of his medicine. kwwl's nikki newbrough is live in downtown waterloo. nikki you went along with one of those groups seaching for moe sed. there have been a number of searches for moe sed. what they're doing is handing out posters like this to people and businesses around town....asking if anyone has seen this moe sed. it's been several days since moe sed left through the front door of his home and never "i believe he's still alive" his father and mother have been searching every day....but on this day dozens of other have joined them. seen moe sed.) moe sed teachers organized this effort on their in...including some of his classmates.

roderick ward junior was found guilty of second degree murder yesterday. ward shot and killed 27-year-old gary wilson in early august of last year... prosecutors say ward was arguing with wilson, wilson followed ward into his home -- which is apparently where ward shot him several times. wilson died later at the hospital. a woman picks up the pieces after her home was destroyed during an explosion this week. on monday -- this home on maple street in janesville -- was blown off its foundation -- following a gas leak in the furnace. the person living in the home says the furnace was 17 years old -- and believes it quit working a few days before the explosion. kwwl's macleod hageman joins us live in the newsroom with the details. mac -- how is this lady feeling now? ron -- melanie kammeyer says she's happy everyone is safe -- but extremely sad her childhood home is destroyed. melanie says her boyfriend michael walked outside moments before the explosion -- but two of her

"we had people who would come in and tell us that we had you heard it right...many people say they've seen the ghost of a prostitute known as lilly from the 19-20s. the owner says he saw her once walking around the dining room in a long lavender gown. "i'm literally trying not to get creeped out right now, but legend has it room number seven was lilly's." billi jo, whose been working at the franklin for twenty years has encountered her own experiences with lilly. "lily's never done anything bad. she's kind of a jokester more than anything. we've had a kitchen knife disappear days on end and all of a sudden it'll be back." jokester or not...a mystery remains. "did lilly die here...why is her ghost here?" "we don't know, we figured that she worked here, but we don't know why she stayed." and over

police are reminding people it's important to be safe while out trick-or treating.... they say kids who are trick or treating should have adult supervision and stay in groups. trick-or-treaters should have reflective tape on their costumes or they can carry a flashlight or glowstick with them. people should also stay on sidewalks if they can.... police say this year it's especially import to be cautious because halloween is on a weekend. "theres always a weekend night that would be the bar spescials halloween had fallen during the week usually your trick or treating night is just a certain night for certain hours. but then you still have the heavy bar traffic on either the weekend before or after." with that in mind...captain berte says drunk drivers are especially important to be cautious of this year.... we've been hearing from many of you -- wondering about the times for
