over the weekend farming. it happened at this location in rural farley on friday afternoon ound 3:45. officers say 46- year-old gary kluesner was working on a tractor when he got tangled up and was hurt. he was taken to a nearby hostal and then later airlifted to iowa city. his current condition is not known. the iowa state patrol is assisting with the investigation. an 18-year-old reinbeck man is arrested and charged tied o a fatal crash in that happened in september. shye johnston was arrested by sheriff's deputies on sunday and taken to the black hawk county jail. sheriff's deputies say on the day of the crash, johnston was driving east on w. reinbeck road southwest of hudson and his carar ossed the center line, hitting a car driven by 34-year- old holly paradine. paradine suffered serious head injuries and later died. johnston is charged with driving left of ceer - causing a death and failure e have control of a motor vehicle - causing a death.

each candidate got the chance to speak. meanwhile -- future debate rules continue to be a concern for thi g-o-p candiddates. staffers from their campaigns met last night to negooate plans -- without a representative from the republican national committee. they aren't happy about how things went last week. their demands: a two-hour time limit, 30 seconds for opening and closing statements, and eqqal speaking time for each candidate. they want moderators to play by their rules. i think we can look beyond debate. they would all provide immediate feed for every television and broadcaster in america. you know, it is 2015 and not 1980 and we can do things a little differently. the next g-o-p debate is scheduled` for november 10th. the city of waterloo is moving forward with plans to build a whitewater park. at tonight's eeting, the city council will discussspproving a contract with an engineering firm to do design work. the course is a priority for mayor

haven't identified the woman, but after others see this video we may soon know whooshe is. an explosion levels a house. this happened in michigan. firefighters are trying to figure out what caused the blast which destroyed the home and sent debris flying into neighboriig housese. one man wentntto the hospital with burn injuries. two homes have been evacuated after a sinkhole opens up in florida. the sinkhole is reportedly 22 feet wide, and 27 feet deep. this hapapened on private property and will -- reportedly -- be the responsibility of the homeowners to contact their insurance company to fill it. a tourist is bitten by a shark while on vacation. ocean rescue crews in florida say the woman was standing in the water when the shark bit her leg, causing a seven- inch gash. beachgoers helped bring the woman to shore. "i looked over at her and she said, 'somebody help me.' i saw the fin come up and slap her in the face and she said, 'it got me,' so i grabbed her hand and drug her back to the shore."

the woman went to the hospital -- her condition is not known. a woman is recovering and facing charges after authorities say she was bitten by a zoo tiger in nebraska. the incident happened sunday morning at an omaha zoo. police say a woman trespassed on zoo property after hours and tried to pet the tiger. investigators say the tiger bit her when she reached into the animal's cage. the woman was hospitalized with a hand injury and charged with crimmal trespass. police sayaythe 33- year-ood woman may have been intoxicated when she entered the zoo. the zoo is investigating the incident a man is trying to enjoy a meal at a florida cracker barrel -- when he's shot in the llg. he went to the hospital but is expected to recover. according to investigators -- the gunfire appeared to be accidental and the person with the gun is cooperating. a trapeze artist goes to the hospital after falling 30-feet during a circus show in philadephia. the man is expected
