hit this morning was transfered to iowa city from allen hospital. they say is condition worsened. the man who was hit was 33--ar-old robert johnsonn.... police say he darted out into traffic before he was hit. now i spoke with several people who walk to their bus stops along university avenue almost every pretty fast you know it's 45 get across university." university. just last week a woman died after stepping in front of a car on university avenue. the driver was not ticketed. we're working to get more details about an officer involved shooting in waterloo. here's the video from a viewer showing what happened. nats you hear police fire four shots. lice tried t stop the suspect -- brandon seeley -- on a probation violation. they say he wouldn't -- and then drove at an officer who had gotten out of his squad car. that's when the officer fired -- wounding seeley. seeley continued to drive -- but was later arrested and taken to the hospital. as kf this morning, seeley was still in the hospital. the d-c-i is now investigating. let's slow down the video and give you another look.... if you look closely, you can see the officer runs into the street, in an effort to get seeley keeps on going, and at ast fofor shots are ired, and seeley is

authorities end the mystery surrounding the death of an illinois officer. new information has unfolded into what exactly happened to the officer's death that started a massive manhunt. this morning the announcement was made --- saying the officer took his own life. "this extensive investigation has concluded with an we have determined this stagged gliniewicz had been committing. two months ago, the fox lake lieutenant called for help --- saying he was chasing three suspicious men. backup officers later found his body 50 yards rom his squad car. he had been shot wiih his own weapon. it also started a manhunt for these suspects. charges have been filed against the woman accused of intentionally driving her car into a crowd of people.

university's homecoming parade. adacia chambers is charged with four counts of second- degree murder and 46-counts of felony assault. she's 25 years old. last month, police say chambees drove around a barricade and into a crowd of people watching the parade. four people were killed, including a two-year-old boy. chambers is behind bars on a one-million dollar bond. if convicted, she faces at least 10- years in prison for each of the second-degree murder charges. now to decision 2015 coverage cedar falls voters head back to the polls on decembbr first. there were hree people on yesterday's ballot but nobody received the fifty percent needed to win outright. so the top two, school board mayor jon crews will go head to head crews say brown ran a h hh financededcampaign, so he's ready to tackle this one... it's the first l lwsuit. a woman is seeking at least 75-thousand dollars in her federal lawsuit. chipotle has not commented on the suit. the restaurant chain has temporarily closed 43 locations in washington state and oregon after multiple cases of e-coli. it's a happy ending and a new beginning for a newborn found abandoned near a clinic. an employee spotted a jacket -- then i i moved. inside, she found a newborn baby, with her umbilical chord still attached. the chicago fire department says the infant was in good condition. the child is now in state custody. the illinois safe hhen law requires a newborn to be handed over personally to a staff member at a hospital, police or fire station...
