a tribe is looking at iowa land -- and considering growing marijuana here... omaha tribe leaders approve three referendums which give the tribal council authority to legalize marijuana for medicial and recreational purposes. while the tribe is based in nebraska, the reservation extends into iowa's monona county. there are still a few steps -- this isn't a done deal yet. tribal leaders say they'll work to make sure they aren't breaking any state or federal laws. decision 2015 coverage: the campaign for a runoff election is short-lived. as the mayor of cedar falls decides to suspend his campaign... as we reported yesterday -- jon crews announces he's retiring... this week, he came in second behind jim brown in the race for mayor -- which forced a runoff between now -- even though crews is pulling out of the race -- by law, the runoff must still happen on december first... and crews's name will be on the ballot. meanwhile -- a runoff is also on the ballot for waterloo in december... councilman quentin hart and former mayor tim hurley are going head to head to see who

generation, right? wrong -- according to cnbc's latest all-america economic survey -- which finds millennials might not be so different than any other generation.... steve liesman has the results. conventional wisdom holds that the millennial generation, influenced by the world of high-speed mobile devices, is a unique group of young people. but a special cnbc all- america economic survey focusing on millennials --- a group aged 18-34 years old --- finds that while the generation has some unique characteristics, young people today in some critical areas are more similar to the rest of the population than they are different.
