authorities responded to 13th street and jefferson avenue late friday night --and found 28- year-old jose lopez on the ground. police are investigating the incident as a homicide. no arrests have been mme, at this me. an illness is spreading through the cedar valley's k-9 population. it's commonly known as kennel cough -- and it's highly contagious. kwwl's jessica hartman reports on how you can keep your furry family meeers safe..... like to go outside to the grill when it's cold out so we're trying to find indoor so much easier. i'll show you, you're basically going to make something similar to a meatloaf, and then you can own french onion seasoning. basically, we are re-doing this classic soup mix ririt here to cut down on sodium. i've made this in a large batch and then just stored it in a jar. this is really good and so simple so if you are and like you said, you've never seen these beforr they come in spices. i've never really found them in a smaller container than base of our french onion seasoning. yeah, i had never salt. so this is not sodium-free i should point out, it just has

parsley that's ok, i just think adding a little green in there makes it look pretty. so parsley and then a little bit of salt and pepper. and that is want. you can use this in all use your soup mix. anddust so i don't have to get my hands all dirty, i have already mixed up my meat. this is one pound in an sure you really press your meat up along the sides because the meat will shrink in as it cooks so don't be afraid to really push it along the sides. so you'll bake it for aaout 20 minutes at 400, or until that topped mine with shredded gouda, and since i shredded it, i didn't need to add very much. yes it is a stronger cheese. and i feel like when i slice a cheese that ces like this i
