good, tough questions. reublican presidential hopefuls shared the same stage for the fourth time. this debate was hosted by the fox business network in milwaukee. it focused on policy specifics -- like jobs, taxes, the economy and immigration. ben carson, whose personal life has been under r crutiny had a autobiography. "the fact of the matter is, you vetted. what i do have a problem with is being lied about about -- with everybody, like people on the other side." donald trump and john kasich also went toe to toe over trump's immigration plan. kasich says we're not going to round up 11 million people and ship them across theeborder. he calls the plan absurd. trump says he doesn't have to listen to him.

cruz got into a sparrin match over bailouts. cruz also talked about his plan to make spending cuts. see if yoyo can spot the mistake he made. "five major agencies that i would eliminate. the irs -- the department of commerce -- the department of energy -- the department of commerce and hud." cruz mentilned the department of commerce twice. he wanted to say the department of education. this was similar to the oops moment rick perry had at a gop debate four years ago -- when he forgot the third government agency he would cut. the next g-o-p debate is in las vegas in december. continuing coverage this morning... two iowa men accused of making threats against a world pokemon championship event pleading not guilty. james stumbo and kevin norton remain behind bars this morning. they were arrested in august after authorties say they made social media threats against the competition in boston. police later found a shotgun, rifle, and ammunition in their car when they tried to register for the event. they'll be in court again later this month.

the man who shot an eastern iowa police officer won't be re-sentenced ununil next week. it was supposed to happen yesterday, but now eddie chest will be back in court sometime next week. chest was convicted of shooting lleutenant scott baxter during the robbery of knickers salln in dubuque ix years ago. chest is trying to get his two 25-year sentences to run at the same time -- instead of one after the other. a fire is so severe -- authorities are having a tough time figuring out how many people wwe on a plane. one thing they do know. they don't think anyone survived. the small business jet slammed into an akron, ohio apartmen building. theebuilding then burst into flames -- and a nearby house also burned. the owner of the jet believes it was carrying nine people at the time. the plane took off from dayton andas suppose to land at an "the plane just appeared out of there and it was just engulfed

thankfully, no one was s nisde the apaprtment building -- or the other home -- that got hit. investigators have on the scene throughout the night -- and another team will begin going through the wreckage once the sun comes up. university of iowa police sayyan emergency situation is over. a suspect is in custody. there were reports of a man groping women near the university hospital and main library. a niversity spooesperson says the suspect was taken into custody. we spoke with students about their concerns. "i feel like no matter how many girls you walk with, younever really feel safe, as if two guys were walking home or onnguy was walking home" we know the university is looking into whether the suspect -- who may be in his 30's -- is a student -- but we don't have an answer yet. this week, more than 100 people have beee indicted forra massive biker brawl in may. nine bikers were killed and more than 20 injured in the shootout at a sports bar in waco, texas.

suspects of organized crime. authorities say the whole thing happened after a confrontation between two motorcycle clubs. this is not what you expect to see at church. a voluner usher accused of taking money from the church collection. church leaders in marion county, florida reached out to deputies after they became suspicious about collections. they set up cameras and caught a man on tapap -- stuffing m mey from a collection plate into his own pockets. apparently, he told deputies he was on his way to the altar with the $350-dollars they found in his pants. two thieves who brokeeinto a car dealership have not been caught... but their crime was caught on video. they pried open a door to a dealership in utah. they spent moe than 30-minutes destroying the office and were finally able ttcut through the safe. chipotle restaurants in two states -- closed after an e. coli outbreak could reopen as soon as today. new tests came back negative fofo e. coli.

chipotle voluntarily closed 43 restaurants after reports of illness in oregon and washington state. at least 43 people got sick. free mumps vaccines continue at the university oo iowa today. the outbreak affected more than 100 people in iowa city since july. the mumps is highly contagious and is spread through saliva. for students getting the shot -- it would be the third round of the measles-mumps- rubella vaccination. "it's our hope that the more students that get vaccinated with this third one will up our collective immunity to the outbreak." nurses say the students had to get the first two rounds of the m-m-r vaccine to enroll at the university of iowa. support is building for a major eduation project in waterloo. superintendenttr. jane lindaman sayy-- if approvee-- a 47-million dollar career and tech ed center would be built near central middle school. des moines is the only current location for a school like this. the goal is to improve building. it's not about a faciliiy. it's

is looking to break the ncaa attendance record for wrestling. an n-b-a player mmxes it up with a mascot. last night, the toronto raptor listed his favorite celebrities named "lopez", mar, jennifer, george...but no robin -- who knicks. lopez z idn't care for that. he smashed the list over his head. lopez had the last laugh, the knicks beat the raptors by two. a homeowner caals police to say someone was invading their home. officers then stumble on two unusual suspects. police found two raccoons running around the place intennessee. three officers had trouble rounding up the two animals. wildlife experts say as it gets colder, raccoons may come inside a police department pulls out all the stops to get the attentionnf people oo the road. this is a dangerous intersection in branson, missouri. police are trying to make it safer by adding a brand new sign -- under the stop sign.

stop. journanaists wanted to know if it wowoed -- so they camped out near the intersection. they say most drivers came to a complete stop -- but still -- some rolled on through. a rooftop standoff ends peacefully -- hanks to a swewet treat. phoenix police chased a shoplifting suspect onto the roof of a motel. after they surrounded him, he had one demand. he wanted coffee and three jelly happy to help end the standoff. it may sound harmless: you buy one gift for 10 bucks and in return, you get 36 gifts sent to you. but -- as peter bernard tells us -- the entire deal is a hoax and illegal. search facebook for "secret siiter gift exchange" and you'll find people posting your name to a list and a bounty of 36 gifts will come your way. " a lot of friends are doing it, or at least posting about it. but you're smart enough to not get involved hopefully ? doesn't sound like a good idea." lauren kidwell tells me, secret sister, sounds a whole lot like a pyramid scam she saw one gift for seone else. everybody else sends you one. doesn't make sense. does it sound ticing, or dii you smell rat right away? participating." mass communications instructor, kelli burns knows all about the cret sister gift exchange. "also, it's against facebook's terms of agrement. so there's the pottntial that facebook if they got wind of this, could block your account." but it's so enticing, especially when you see your friends doing it, and inviting you to join in.
