charged with stabbing 23 year old jimmi-jon lint multiple times, lint later died from his injuries. in court, the state requested a significant cash only bond... "there are significant concerns for safety to the public." the judge agreed setting bond for the murder at $750,000 cash and and additional $250,000 cash on parole lehman has been convicted of third degree sexual abuse twice in the past, once in johnson county and a aother time in clayton county. (nats) the stabbing incident remains under investigation and lehman remains at the linn county jail.... lehman will have his preliminary and lehman remains at the linn county jail.... lehman will have his preliminary hearing in court on november 25th....

due to the paris attacks. late friday someone sprayed shaving cream on the statue of george ashington carver. carver was isu's first african american student, who went on to become a world renowed agriculturalist. today university muueums officials were out inspecting the damage. the shaving cream was cleaned off friday, but so far it is not aaron delashmutt/ deputy chief isu police department might be in the area, ddsn't appear thatthere's any video that captures that area, we're who may have done this. isu president steven leath issued a statement saying it is not known whether the motitie for the vandaliim was racial in nature, but the school takes this act of vandalism very seriously and

nine people are without a home tonight after a fire rips through a o'clock this morning in the 900 block of center place in dubuque. kw-wl's#shirley descorbeth spoke to a neighbor that t lerted everyone inside the home of the fire. she's live near the scene now. shirley...what did that neighbor see? the neighbor i spoke to was on his way out the door...then noticed flames coming out of the top of the nearby duplex. at that moment...he sprang into action, and began pounding on the doors. firefighters on scene for more than two hours putting out the fire ...which started in the attic. a neighbor says he oticed flames coming out of the top of the house...then called 9-1-1. the nine people who live in the two units made itout afely...but as you can imagine, were visibly shaken by the ordeal. the man whohohelped save t te "everyone was dead asleep this morning, and then i'm pounding
