warehouse fire. crews were called to the scene before six o'clock. the building is near the headquarters of waterloo auto parts. but it wasn't their company, instead it's leased to con-trol container systems. the fire destroyed their welding shop, which was used to store metal storage racks. the waterloo fire department used their aerial truck to knock down the some of those flames. i'm told no one was n the buildinin at the time of the fire. i called the fire chief about an hour ago. he told me crews will probably we've got you covered live in news. not only did the fire department have to deal with this fire, but throughout the night they had to respond to sse accidents in the area. meanwhile -- a lot of accidents on the road today because of the weather. you can see an s- u-v off the road here on i-380 near mile marker 68 in
