for a missing waterloo west high school student. it's been more than a month since moe sed, a burma refugee left his home. police say sed speaks accented english, is quiet and shy. his family says moe sed left without his today, police say they are following up on leads and they're looking everywhere for him....even outside of waterloo they say they have entered his information into the national database. if you have any information, please contact police. two year later, a hampton man is still missing-- and a reward for his return is renewed... there's a one- hundred thousand dollar reward to help find ethan kazmerzak. he has blonde hair, wears glasses and has a tattoo on his upper left arm... if you kkw where he is, call police. it was an emoitonal day in ames as iowa state football coach paul rhoads talked to the media for the

since he was informed he would be fired at the end of the seasom our zacc grant i just t ack in from ames zach yea guys rhoads grew up just minutes away form ames in ankeny iowa so this had to be a dream job of sorts for him in his seven years at iowa state rhoads experience a number of highs including going to thee bowl games in his first threee seasons but as of lately the cyclones have had trouble finding the win column as the season high is just three wins in the last three years. one players tells us that rhoads taught them much more than just football "seeing how much he cared about me, how much he cared about my teammates and other coaches just about iowa state in general set a good example for 32-54 including just 8-27 in the last three

police will ticket those who have not cleared their sidewalks yet.... they will also put a ticket on any vehicle parked on city streets that has not moved within in the past 48 hours. "when vehicles sit, they have to plow around them and that creates a traffic hazard for everybody and also extra work for city workers." some cities in eastern iowa...like dubuque...are not enforcing their parking policies for this snowfalls because of the warmer temperatures... starting today, if you have parking fines, you can pay it off by donating to homeless shelters and family service centers. park cedar rapids will be accepting donations as payment for unpaid parking tickets. donations will be accepted through december 23. soon, the citizens of waterloo will elect their next mayor. december 1st runoff election

features tim hurley and quentin hart. but, tonight, we're hear from current mayor, buck clark, who decided not to seek re-election, kwwl's nikki newbrough joins us live. nikki mayor clark is retiring at the end of the year. mayor clark says he's ready for retirement and never onsidered running for a fourth term. his term officially ends at midnight on december 31st. tonight he tells us what he's most proud of and what he wished he'd have more time to work on. buck clark, elected he's ready for retirement as mayor. "i won't sit at home and knit. i have been ups and downs. he says under his leadership, he's proud new housing starts have gotten better. clark says when he first ran for mayor, one of the things he addressed with voters...the storm water/sewage issues. and just this year, the city was caught in a bind with the epa. "in this administration we started addressing it, even

gotten that taken care of." he says under his leadership he believes the image of the city has gotten better. but clark wishes he could have had made a more positive impact on crime. for director of safety services, dan trelka he says he's enjoyed working with mayor clark. "you know waterloo has seen our crime rate is down substantially in the past six years." over all, clark says waterloo is in good shape and he's proud to have served as the city's mayor. "we've got a tremendous amount of great things residentially and commercially and industrially and quality of life issues that waterloo has an incredibly bright future." clark says he isn't sure what he will be doing next, but says he won't get into public life again. he says he didn't expect the level of critizism and visiousness of comments to him or the council
