new here at ten -- chicago officials release graphic video showing a police officer shooting a teenager 16 times during an incident last year. we do want to warn you -- this video may be disturbing to some. you can see 17- year-old laquan mcdonald walking armed with a knife. an autopsy later showed he had p-c-p in his system and was reportedly breaking into cars. the original police report said mcdonald lunged at officers -- -- he was not officer jason van dyke fires his weapon

now live tali stevens was in the car with her 10-year-old daughter-- she just picked her up from orange elementary she says dale followed her from the school to the store.. when the violence escalated out of you've likely seen a case of like this. daughter raina say they just left orange elementary when they headed to lowes. on their way there, they realized a man they have never met before was following them..but they couldn't have pictured what was to transpire. "he said i know you saw me!! and he pounded on the window... became increasingly violent and irate with her" stevens says her and her daughter got out of the car followed closely behind them, screaming in stevens ear that stevens had cut him off by the school. the two got inside safely...but stevens car wasn't so lucky.

farrington worked at the iowa children's museum inside the mall. according to new court documents -- kozak told police farrington broke off their relationship via text message. police say he then snapped -- went back to his north liberty home to grab a gun and returned to shoot farrington in the back three times. kozak was later arrested trying to drive away on the highway. his trial is expected to begin april 12th. police charge a man following a crash that killed a 22-year-old woman. 24-year-old troy mure jr. is facing charges of vehicular homicide and operating while intoxicated. police say he slammed his vehicle into a utility pole in des moines -- killing his passenger -- mure was treated for minor injuries in the crash.

five people, including two children, are injured following a head-on collision between a and a car. the iowa state patrol says the two vehicles were driving on highway 34 near mile marker 247 in des moines county when the collided. a 16-year-old and 11-year-old were among the five people injured in the crash. authorities are continuing to investigate. an iowa inmate, convicted of murder, has died from the ending stages of liver disease. 58-year-old estell dunsmore was serving a life sentence for first degree murder in dallas county. he was also convicted of numerous other charges, including attempted murder and assault. one local city is considering preventing guns in city buildings - even for those with concealed carry permits. the discussion comes after library board members in north

when they told me that i was diagnosed with cancer, all i could think of was my kids and that i didn't want to leave them. i beat cancer, but it is still scary. now i have a pre-existing condition. so, if republicans take away obamacare, breast cancer survivors like me could be denied coverage. if hillary's in the white house, she's going to continue obamacare, so that i don't have to worry anymore. i trust her, and i know she's going to fight for all of us.

no students were on the bus at the time of the crash. the trooper was taken to the hospital after being shot in the back and shoulder during the chase. the alleged shooter and two others were arrested after the incident. an 18-wheeler hits an interstate sign and is caught dangling on an overpass. take a look at the truck here in south carolina. witnesses say multiple other vehicles were involved in the crash. no word on any injuries at this time. a small plane crashes into a home's backyard. you can see the single propeller plane here in the georgia yard. two people were treated for non- life threatening injuries, authorities say none of the homes in the area were damaged in the crash. the c-d-c is warning people about a possible e- coli contamination through one nationwide retailer. the rotisserie chicken salad from costco may be linked to
