the incident happened monday morning at the corner of denver and second in waterloo. the 9 year old was waiting for the school bus...just down the street from his home when a young woman, in her early twenties, told his bus driver, that the boy needed to go with her. she told police she thought the boy needed help. kwwl's lauren moss spoke with the boy's mother today..she joins us now live with the story. it's a scary situation for any parent... the woman told police she did it because she hallucinated thinking the boy was her relative..and that he was hurt so tonight the boy's mother is frustrated...not with police but police can't charge the woman with anything at this time.. angie gilberer got a scary phone call yesterday. a woman in her twenties tried to take her son, as he was waiting to unzip his sweatshirt so she could see his t-shirt ..wanted him to take off his hood and
