ahead of ttme so you guyy didn't have to listen to me run my food processor on air. i'm going to run through what i did leading up to this point and then show with coconut you need to decide if you can use the raw, coconut in mind becauaue i did add a little sweetener anyway. this just saves you a lot of sweetened you can cut out, i used maple syrup as my sweetener, you can cut down, or t back, or cuuout just to keep the calories in check. so that was the first ingredient, some coconut oil, and just to show you this does come s a solid. which i was shocked abou. yes, and you will want to use everythinn together really well. and really get the lite here because the regular coconut milk has a lot more calories and we are all eating a lot this time of year so try to save calories where eer you can. and if you haven't seen coconut milk before ingredients that i put in my

processor and it takes longer than you think so be patient, coconut milk because it'll get too watery because then the coconut snowballs will no hold together. so ou kind of o want it sticky this is only about half of the recipe so you will get more than go about a teaspoon. you dont see my hands have a nice sheen on them. so make youucoconut ballslsowever you want them and then throw them in either the fridge or freezer, so they can set up a little bit. xhey hold nicely. they do hold up nicely and part thatatoconut oil inints solid form. here's a science. there is, you just got to keep thhse things in m mnd. so you could deffinatly sprinkle some more coconut over top of these but the dark chocolate, i just went ahead melted some dark chocolate chips and you can see i did two different versions. i cpletely coaded the coconut snowballs in one
