kwwls olivia mancino has been investigating this for us.. she joins us now live authorities say a hunter found the body in the river while setting traps.. they say the body was partially submerged in the water, just north of gilbertville. now many are wondering if the body is that of one of two sunday momoing... a hunter finds a body partially underwater in the cedar river near gilbertville. authorities wont release any details indicating whether it's a male or female. but that hasn't kept people from guessing. "when w wrd got out a bobo was found in the cedar river, many thought of the two young men who are missing" those two young men - ethan kazmerzek and moe sed. ethan kazmerzek from hampton has been missing for morrthan a year he went missing in september of 2013, last seen in a rural area of town. moe sed from waterloo has been missing for more than a month. sed was last seen at his home in october--hes a refugee from burma who used medication for special needs. authorities won't connect the body found in the

the f-b-i says the couple who killed 14 people at a social services facility in san bernardino, california had been radicalized for a while. authorities say syed farook and his wife tafsheen malik also went target shooting just days before the mass shooting. they were killed in a police shootout following the attack. while some say the f-b-i was tipped off about farook years ago -- agent david bowdich says there was no david bowdich/ fbi "as the investigation has progressed we have learned and believe that both subjects were radicalized and have been for that happen and by whom and where did that happen? and i will tell you right now we don't know those answers at this point." he went onto say so far they do not see evidence of the attack being plotted outside of the u-s -- but they are continuing to investigate.
