a 14-year-old pleads guilty in court for shooting and killing another teenager. the deadly shooting happened on september 6th in the 300 block of 16th avenue south east in cedar rapids. 15-year-old aaron richardson was killed -- and 14- year-old the crime. kwwl's kristin rogers was in court this morning for humbles plea hearing kristin paint the picture for us,.. humbles didn't show really any emotion he came in with his hands and feet cuffed and plead guilty to all three charges against him. 15-year-old aaron richardson, died after he was shot in cedar rapids and 14-year-old robert the shooting happened after quote "two rival groups" met up following threatening texts and facebook messages. at 14 humbles is charged with voluntary manslaughter, reckless

news. managers say some major projects are in the works right now for dubuque roads. one being an asphalt overlay project...starting in the spring. a car crash causes a gas leak when one of the cars hits a building. it happened today shortly before eleven o'clock in the one thousand block of white street in downtown dubuque. officials say the driver of the landrover was going eastbound on 10th street -- didn't see the "one of the cars continued on brake was above the shut off, so the fire companies were able to shut off the gas relatively quickly." the people in the crash reported minor injuries. black hills energy later arrived at the scene to fix the leak. a 28-year-old man, who was shot by cedar rapids officers is given
