heavy rains over the weekend - causing road closures in waterloo on shaulis road, ranchero road, and fletcher avenue. here was the scene earlier today as crews closed the flood gates at fletcher avenue. working quickly to reinforce the te with sanddbags. the pubbc works director says he would take the rain over snow any day. a shooting at an iowa home. this all happening sunday evening in the 600 block of first street north east in hampton. 60 year old ronald lee rand charged with first degree murder for the death of his alleged girlfriend 51 yeaaold michelle key of waterloo. kwwl's lauren moss spending the day in the neighborhood in hampton and speaking with neighbors- she joins us now live. i spoke to several neighbors in that area- everyone said the same thing. they say rand was a quiet man who kept to himself...but they never imagined he could be someone facing murder charges. you can see caution tape surrounding his home, in hampton. the franklin county sheriff's office responded to a call for a suicidal person at this home, sunday night around 6. when they arrived, officers found michelle key - dead from a gunshot wound..and they arrested rand. police say michelle was his girfriend. now i spoke with a man who lives

there is a link between antidepressants taken during pregnancy and autism in kids. the research was broad -- with more than 145 thousand kids studied... the researchers say women who took the drugs - especially during the second and third trimesters - wereore likely to have an autistic child ---however, that risk is very small.
