school board will vote to put a multi-million dollar bond referendum on the ballot. they're looking to put the 47 million dollar bond issue referendum on a february second ballot. the money would go towards a new career and technology center, that will include 30 career choices for students. dr. jane lindaman says one of the goals is to have drop our rates decrease. also in the proposed plan...renovations to east and west high schools. they are looking to make both buildings fully air-conditioned, among other things. today -- thousands of hawkeyes fans will find out if they're getting tickets to the rose bowl. the university will now hand out 23-thousand tickets -- but more than 50-thousand people requested a ticket. this means fans will have to spend more to go through tte secondary market -- like stubhub. right now stubhub has tickets -- beginning at 5- hundred
