did not intelligently waive his miranda rights when he admitted to the crime...because of his mental health... "was a form used in the process of informing mr. stern of his miranda rights?" "no." his attrney's want certain statements to be excluded from next months trial. that date is set for january twenty- sixth. the state of iowa has terminated the medicaid contract of wellcare of iowa. wellcare is one of the four companies selected to manage iowa's medicaidrogram. an iowa administrative law judge recommended the wellcare contract be terminated because of an unfair bidding process. director, janet phipps, agreed with the recommendation of an administrative law judge that the contract be tossed out. she also said wellcare failed to disclose a corporate integrity agreement with the federal govenment, concerning 2014 fraud convictions against three of its former executives, which brought 1 hundred 37-million dollars in fines against wellcare.
