and 30s. temperatures won't be dropping too much tonight. right now winds our out of the south from 5 to 10 miles per hour, but will be picking up tonight. that will help keep our temperatures from falling too much. here's the storm track 7 live weather network camera across eastern iowa. it's a pretty quiet night. for the man who ran from officers this mornnng. authorities say he crashed on interstate 3-80 between brandon and jesup -- and then left. police say the driver got out of the car after the crash and started running through a corn field. somemepeople in brandon say they're concerned the driver could be dangerous -- and still in the area. " i just called around to some of my neighbors, see if they're problems."

were concerned when they first heard about the chase -- because crime like this doesn't happen in thh area. a boone teenager -- accused of sexually abusing a five-year-old girl is released from jail -- after a judge waives his bond. the teen was let go -- after he was charged with second--gree sexual abuse. authorities believe the teenager took pictures of the girl's genitals -- at an in-home daycare -- operated by the teen's mother. court documents indiciate the photos were founn on the teen'' phone. 100-thousand dollars in bond was initially set after the arrest -- but a different judge waived the bond -- and released him. madison wisconsin police are searching for the shooter ----who shot another person at a mall this afternoon. authorities say the shooting happened at the east towne mall before 3 o-clock near the food court. witnesses say ten people started fighting with each other -- and police believe they knew each other. one person was shot in the leg

thousands of cases of chocolate are being pulled from walmart shelves -- due to allergy concerns. the candy maker -- mars -- says it's recalling 67- hudred cases of dove chocolate snowflakes -- because the items contain other candies -- including pieces of snickers, milky way, and twix. the company is concerned about consumers wih peanut, wheat and egg allergies -- which are ingredients in the other candies the dove chocolate snowflakes are sold only at walmart stores in 24-ounce bags. mars chocolate says anyone with allergy concerns should return the product to the stre for a full refund.
