can expect in this case the rest ...that's coming from just one of the more 50 women who accuse him of drugging and/or sexually assaulting them. "there is one charge filed, aggravated indecent assault which is felony of the first degree." the incoming district attorney says this case involves a former employee at temple university, who cosby invited to his home near philadelphia in 2004. "on the evening in question, mr. csby urged her to take pills that he provided to her and to drink wine. the effect of which rendered her unable to move or respond to his advances, and he committed aggravated indecent assault upon her." the charge against cosby comes just two weeks after he filed defamation lawsuits against several of his accusers... he's scheduled to be arraigned in suburban philadelphia wednesday afternoon. chris clackum, nbc

in eastern iowa -- we're now learning the name of the man who died after being trapped in a grain bin. the benton county sheriff says alan kimm died. he was 56. he died yesterday in keystone. the sheriff says kim was moving grain into a semi when a wall of corn surrounded him, eventually covering and trapping him. this is the second tragic accident in a grain bin this month. two weeks ago, a man from central trapped. firefighters are needed this morning when a van catches fire in a driveway. it happened off independence avenue in waterloo. firefighters say the owner inside -- before seeing the fire a few minutes later. no one was hurt. continuing coverage now-- we're hearing from the family of a university of iowa student killed in a bus crash in chicago. police say a bus crashed into a

nicole underwood -- from des moines -- died. she was 21. mike dasilva spoke with her family and has that story. i think we were joking about all brothers say their sister was new year with him. 'when they called her bus, i know she was excited. she was the first one in line, hopped on the bus, all three of us gave her a hug and said you know we love you, she said she was gonna 'she had honestly just been there probably a week and a half ago and she was going back into meet his goddaughter, for the first time, because the goddaughter lived in florida and doesnt get to come up very often. so thats what she was leaving for. her brothers say though nicole hadn't been dating her boyfriend for very long...she was extremely happy...and that there was reminded her of

and are overtaking houses. mandatory evacuations are underway. the mississippi river is just one of many rivers expected to crest several feet above their record highs. 14 people have now died in missouri -- most were swept away in their cars. missouri's governor is worried this could be worse than the floods of 1993. police say a nineteen year old was killed after being shot near a college campus. it happened in florida near florida atlantic university. at last check -- the suspect was still on the run. police encouraged students who live nearby to stay inside and lock their doors. "they thought it was a fight then cops with huge guns got here. and then now we are they weren't like...two cops were yelling across the street saying get back in your house." officers in swat gear could be

many -- many people have posted things on social media they later regretted. for some, it created friction with friends or relatives. the situation is much more serious for a man in ohio.. maureen kocot tells us what rittgers posted this video on his personal facebook page, with (sheriff zach scott/franklin county) "you've got a distracted driver and a drunk driver just exponentially causing danger wherever he went." a facebook friend comments, 'dude, really!!!!!' rittgers responds 'i am a good driver don't worry,' and goes on to comment, 'i've got one finger on the steering wheel facebooking while it's raining. smh,' ...which means "shaking my head." teams are not safe in iowa. last month, uni knocked off north carolina. last night, it was iowa's turn to take down an undefeated team. iowa hosting the number one ranked spartans to start big ten play. the hawks played very well from the tip -- but also had some good fortune on their side. look at this: a michigan state player accidentally knocks the ball into the basket for iowa. second half now -- iowa on the run. peter jok spotting up in the far corner. he knocks down a three. he hit two in a row to help iowa build a 19-point lead. iowa wins 83-70. it was quite the scene at carver. a big night for senior mike gesell who had a career high 25 points. this was iowa's first win over the nation's number one team since 1999 -- when the hawks knocked off uconn.

"they're absolutely the most loving creatures and i think in some way shape or form i feel like they're thankful for their second chance... they used up few of their nine lives.
