the water to search for a missing person. yesterday a canoe capsized in johnson counn. theeheriff's office tells us two people were in it. bystanders pulled one person out of the water -- that person was taken to the hostal. first responders spent the night searching for the other person but had to stt when the watete began freeziig, making it dangerous for the crews. the search is continuing today. investigators are trying to figure out if a deadly shooting in nashua was an accident...or intentional. it happened in the 100 block of saint lawrence street over the weekend. according to the iowa division of criminal investigation, a 56- year-old manas shot in the head. the suspected shooter has been identifiee but no charges have been filed. the motive is still unclear. one person is behind bars and

"our officers arrived on scene and located a small child,d,with three in february." police say there's a strong possibility accident...but aren't ruling out other possibilities. also, the gun in the incident was seized. as for the child -- he initially was taken to finley hospital here in dubuque, but then transported to
