will be a slow moving system, so we will keep wintry precipitation in the forecast over the next several days. here are a look at the weather tracker temperatures. we are doing good for this time of year with temperatures in the 20s. re are a loo at the temperatures across eassrn iowa. all o ous hovering in the lower to middle 20s with the clouds that tracked in overnight. future track shows a mostly cloudy sky through noon today. then between two and three o'clock is when we will start to see the snow track into the area. right one inch or less and there could be freezing drizzle late tonight, so that will mme thursday morning travel a little slick. as we go throughout the day on thursday we will see a mix of rain and snow. this will transition over to all rain as temperaures warm above freezing. the rainnwon't be too o rribly heavy, but it will be a cold rain with those temperatures in the 30s. the rain will continue into thursday night and friday, mixing with snow as tempepeatures drop below freezing.

firefighters in arizona . emergency crews were called in to reue a cat that became stuck in a small crack betweenentwo walls. the space bebeween the walls was only about 3 inches. using a chisel and sledge hammer, fire crews were able to create a hole through... in the 20s s o lower 30s. details years in prison following a murder conviction. roderick ward jr. sentenced on a cond degree murder charge this week following the 2014 death of gary wilson. authorities say the two were friends -- and ward was drunk when he shot wilson in the we've learned the name of a toddler hurt in a shooting this week. dubuque police say the boy is wo- year-old jeremiah horsley. at last check -- he is stable at the university of iowa hospitals and clinics. he was shot sunday night. no arrests ave been made. police are investigating whether it was an accident. funeral services have been set for a teenager who died in a weekend canoe accident.

girlfriends dad, 51- year-od michael felton, when it capsized. wymer was a student at solon high school -- following his death the school held a vigil. wymer was a three sport athlete playing football, throwing on the track team, and a state qualifier in wrestling. his football coach tells us tanner was admired by his peers...
