tonight -- accused of robbing plato's closet in waterloo on sunday night. according to police, several employees and customers were in the store during the robbery. those witnesses say the teen had took off. a fire burns doo an eastern iowa small business...and a community rallies behind the business owners to rebuild this is the video from the fire that burned down "back home country cookin" in strawberry point it happened midnight saturday. it took three departments more than two hours to contain the fire kwww olivia mannno was in strawberry point today, she joins us now live i spoke to the restaurants owner brenda landis and her friends today landis says she's overwhelmed by the support from the community and her friends say they're not going to let the business die with this fire heres a look at thh building now--it destroyed the restaurant has been in business for about seven years landis told me she's worked in

money to the center for violence prevention at the university of rthern iowa in his recent budget proposal. the center was tasked with managing the governor's offfce for bullying prevention. the funding could come under his proposed proposed eight million dollars request of new money for the board of regents, which oversees iowa's three public universities. university of northern iowa students using martin luther king jr day... serving others. nearly 300 volunteers packaged 25- thousand boxes of mac and cheese. volunteers as young as eight years old worked in an assemble line those meals will go to serve sixteen counties of the northeast iowa food bank in waterloo.
