"we got stopped at uh, 11 night." five buses filled with adults and kids went to washington d-c to dubuque county right to life -- leon jensen, says they cut the trip short...but it still didn't turn coming, we kept looking at the wether. we kept timing, trying to time when we could get back, and still,,you know, be safe...obviously we missed it by a little bit." pennslyvania governor tom wolf updating media -- saying there are 500 carsstuck. "we only have one major problem and that is between address that situation." as for those stranded -- they bond with one another...even coming together they're celebrating mass out in the snowstorm. they made an alter out of snow." and during this

months, and it turned out just as great. i know that can be a downfall, a lot of people don't eat as much steak in the winter time because u can't grill... is about t to pounds, iiid a pound yesterday and it took about 10 minutes total. if you start with about syx minutes per side if you are using a big two and that does not make it any tougher it is still perfect. but what you want to make sure is that this piece of meat has a nice strong grain running this way, when you slice it, you way, you are going to spend your d, which we are so lacking here have sooe green onionnand also some barley. i like adding grains to my salad, it's so much more filling and your getting fiber and whole grains from that a heartier texture. yes, great source of fiber, so just another could make that would work great toss it back to lauren.

to your dinner if you don't want just plain protein and vegetables. so sprinkle some in there, you don't have to have a lot, a little goes a long way, and i think it adds a lot to the salad. so this is just a really simple, any weight loss or new year's resolution plan. and a nice way to mix it up and try something different. and if you haven't had beef in a while because you can't get to the grill this is a good alternative. thanks so much whitney, certaiily good advice, we'll put this online, and we'll toss it back to lauren.

well -- you may remember the touching story we brought you earlier this week of a police officer who responded to a noise complaint -- by joininig the basketball game that was making all the noise... and look at this: he's back for another game... and he brought some star power this time around... the officer joins the same group of kids playing basketball yesterday -- along with n-b-a legend shaquille o'neal... there's shaq erging for some basketball action with the kids and a few more officers to play pickup this time around... coming up on today in iowa... we aren't quite done with the snow fun yet -- we'll give you a little more of one furry creature that seems to be enjoying winter more than anyone else... that -- and a final check with leen to see when we get more of the white fluff ourselves...
