new at ten -- u.s. marshals arrest an iowa man wanted on multiple state and federal firearm charges. a warrant was issued for 30-year- old cowan godfrey, of dubuque, last july. authorities say godfrey is a suspect in a shooting incident in jackson park last year. after leaving the state -- authorities received information that godfrey returned and was likely inside an apartment in the 2000 block of white st. in dubuque.. he was then located there and taken into custody. tonight we're hearing from
