today is ground hog day... but i think it's safe to say we should expect at least a few more weeks of winter with this weather.... the snow has picked up a lot sine this morning... here's a look at downtown waterloo from earlier this morning.... citie across eastern iowa have prepared for this storm... cedar pids has at least 90 pieces of snoo fighting material ready... waterloo has at least 35 plows... the iowa department of transportation is out as well.... right now there are more than 440 of their plows out according according to alliant energy.. more than 4,000 people are without power in linn county... and more than 500 people are without power in
