to some dangerous driving conditions today plows have been out all morning.... let's got to storm track seven's amanda gilbert... she can give us aa closer look at what road conditions are like out right now. ally- the good news is the snow has stopped for now.... it was a lot worse this morning... roads are also in much better shape compared to earlier today.. here's a better look at waterloo this morning.... a lot of people out shoveling and snowblowing... if you are worried about a road near where you live.. cities across to those secondary roads... the thing about this snow is it's just very dense and heavy.. very easy to compact into snowballs or snowmen..

the university of iowa is calling for a look out for a missing reasearch goat. this picture was given to us by the university - not the goat in question, instead this is a goat with a similar appearance. the university says based on sightings this week, the goat may be headed to housing developments and farms in southeast north liberty. the goat escaped a carrier at the ui research facility last friday. we will have more on the missing goat tonight at 5 and 6. we do have election results for you today -- lets go ahead and recap those... in waterloo -- a 47 million dollar question voters overwhelmingly said no. the proposal falling far below the 60-percent super majority needed to pass. the biggest part of the proposal...a 35 million dollar career center. the goal... give students the opportunity for more specialized no vote - "i voted against it. yes vote - "i just decided to

had to leave here to get good jobs." in denver -- voters say yes to more than seven million dollars for new athletic facilities. that vote passing with 64-point-seven percent. in the college community district, voters approve a bond to pay for extra classroom space and security. a similar referendum failed last year by just 58 votes. and in springville...voters say yes to an elementary school addition. the bond will pay for nine new clasrroms and a multi-purpose room. we should learn today if the prosecution of comedian bill cosby will move forward. he faces a trial on sexual assault charges stemming from an incident back in 2004. chris pollone is following this ongoing court fight... famous "tv dad" is providing the star power. but it was a former district attorney who has a courtroom hanging on his every word. former montgomery county prosecutor bruce castor spent the entire day on the stand tuesday, explaining his decision not to prosecute bill cosby for a 2004 encounter with a -not- forge a formal non- prosecution agreement with cosby. but did have the power to decide cosby would never be charged with a crime. castor told the judge he believed the entertainer did a jury. citing problems with constand's credibility. sound - enrique latoison - attorney :39-:46 "in order for caster to show the reasons for what he did what he decision compelled cosby to candidly testify in a civil suit constand filed against him. cosby settled the suit in 2006. last year some of cosby's testimony in that suit was unsealed. the new district attorney used that testimony and cosby's admission that he gave constand some pills and wine to help her relax to charge cosby with sexual assault. bruce castor says that testimony is off limits in a criminal case. now we'll see if
